What is Book It Daily?
Book It Daily is booking and membership software for yoga & pilates studios, gyms, and personal trainers. It handles class and 1-on-1 bookings, class packs and memberships, client records, messaging, and finance — in one installable web app (PWA) that works on both phones and desktops.
How is this different from Mindbody, Acuity, or Calendly?
Acuity and Calendly are just schedulers — they can't sell class packs or memberships. Mindbody and Glofox can, but they're expensive and complex for small studios. Book It Daily gives you class bookings, packs, and memberships at a flat $9–$24/mo, with no cut of your revenue.
Do you take a percentage of each booking?
No. Book It Daily charges a flat monthly subscription. You keep 100% of what your clients pay you — we don't process your clients' payments, so there are no transaction fees on your revenue.
How are subscriptions billed?
Your Book It Daily subscription is billed through Polar, our Merchant of Record, which handles VAT and sales tax globally. For the payments your own clients make to you, plug in whatever you already use — Stripe, Polar, Square, cash, or bank transfer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans stop renewing at the next billing date and annual plans are handled per our refund policy. There are no long-term contracts.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is encrypted at rest, backed up daily, and GDPR-compliant. You can export everything as CSV at any time — your data is always yours.
